What is MINDFLEX?

MINDFLEX is a high-performance athlete journal created with input from elite athletes, coaches, and allied health professionals. It’s designed to help you plan, perform, reflect, elevate your performance. 

 

Who is MINDFLEX for?

Whether you’re a professional/elite athlete, a weekend warrior, or somewhere in between, MINDFLEX is built for athletes who want to level up mentally and physically. It’s especially powerful if you’re goal driven, in rehab, or preparing for competition.

 

How do I use the journal?

MINDFLEX is structured in 4 stages:

1. PLAN: Set the foundation, define your goals, map your training, and create your vision.

2. PERFORM: Execute with purpose, lock in daily focus, build routines, and optimise your mindset.

3. REFLECT: Learn and adapt, track patterns, reflect deeply, and refine your performance strategies.

4. ELEVATE: Push beyond. Integrate the lessons, stretch your limits, and level up.

    Use it daily for training and competition. Stay consistent. 

     

    How is MINDFLEX different from other journals?

    MINDFLEX, the movement goes beyond just tracking - it also helps you to train the mind. MINDFLEX is backed by sports psychology evidence based research and practice and elite athlete insights. We fuse daily planning with mental conditioning through practical information, activities and consistent logging. MINDFLEX is a community and a movement.

     

    Where do you ship?

    We ship worldwide! Wherever you are in the world. 

     

    How long does shipping take?

    Shipping within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available if you need it quicker. International shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world. 

     

    Will I get tracking?

    Yes! You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order is shipped.

     

    Do you do team or bulk orders?

    Absolutely. Coaches, physios, clubs and other organisations can get in touch with us at info@mindflexthemovement.com for bulk pricing or team packages.

    Domonique Doyle (Sport and Exercise Psychologist

    With extensive experience working with athletes, professional sporting teams (such as: The Commonwealth Games, NZ Silver Ferns, Suncorp Super Netball, Motorsport Australia, and Bowls Australia), and corporate professionals.

    Dom is passionate about helping people develop the mindset and self-belief needed to surpass their perceived potential and find consistency in performance. When Dom is not helping others, she is competing herself or taking part in challenges to raise money for charity.

    Courtney Geraghty (Elite Athlete, Coach, Expert Speaker)

    An Australian 200m / 400m sprinter, Court’s journey has taken her from the small outback town of Alice Springs, Australia, to sporting events around the world. She is the epitome of dedication, grit, and self-belief.

    Through resilience and consistency, she has, and continues, to achieve her goals on the track. Court has represented Australia twice and is working hard to qualify for the next Olympic Games.

    She is a big believer in self-belief, resilience and having a good support network. As Court says, “It’s a team effort not just a person and your mind is your biggest tool to achieve success”.
